2014 Long Island Race Results

Although the Dove placed 7th in the regatta, ace reporter Phyllis Drori said that everyone had a fabulous time! “Watching these Bahamian sloops and all the participants is amazing. The people of Long Island are very special. The kids sailing here are amazing. This regatta for Long Island is the FAIR fundraiser for the year and the island is beautiful.”

Phyllis and Neil have just returned to Hope Town and will have more photos for this blog soon! Neil (this blog’s webmaster) crewed on the Dove and is very sore…sailing on the Dove is much different than the Rage because everything happens so fast. Perhaps he will write about his crew experience for a future post?!
