Long Island Regatta

I have not been sent any details about the races in Long Island yet, but I have heard that everyone had a blast! Below is a quote from Stafford:

“Although the Rage did no better than 3rd (YAY!) I think it was well worth the extra effort to get her there and to sail her as well (yes it IS hard work). Many sailors told me they were glad to see her back in action after 2 years.”

Jeff Gale also reports that after this successful southern Bahamas racing season, the Rage is now back in Hope Town thanks to Nomad, and that the Dove should soon be there via Dean’s Shipping.

I will post any details and pictures that I get as soon as they are available. If any readers have photos or experiences from the races that they would like to share, please email them to the blog editor.

Meanwhile, the crew is preparing the Abaco Rage for Regatta Time in Abaco, which is always a crowd pleaser! A Rage FUNdraiser is also planned for July 6th, while the R.I.T.A. is in Hope Town.
